Gator Method
Eventually, this culminated into stumbling across the Youtube channel of Pace Morby. Pace Morby teaches extensively about creative finance. While learning more, Pace mentioned a new program that he was developing called the Gator method. This caught my attention as he was talking about how this was a great way to make money. This program is what started Bulwark Investments. The Gator Method is based on the idea of transactional funding. This includes lending emd money to wholesalers, and double closes. The community that Pace created grew and evolved into a community of people who fund all kinds of deals. This community helped me start into the world of private money lending.
